The Creation of My Brand
My brand has been established for quite a period of time now, but within this ever constantly changing field of work, it’s vital to stay fresh. Continually searching for new ideas and different angles is crucial for survival in this workforce, as well as competing for acquisition of new customers and projects.
I am repeatedly monitoring the new trends in design or in the market, though the reality is that these ideas are only short lived, with new ideas sprouting faster and faster each day.
The last time I was browsing, I stumbled across this article that I found really fascinating, highlighting why it is important to stay focused:

This article inspired me and succeeded in bringing a “fresh” idea to me. This idea was to create a small guerilla marketing project.
I decided to prepare envelopes that contained my business cards and copies of work samples, that were then sent off to agencies/clients for review.
The design was to create the envelope as a puzzle, and then when turned over on the opposite side, the words “Meet Me” were printed.
